The goal of every RIT treatment performed by Dr. Tallman is to restore the patient's anatomy to a normal, optimum state. As the joint anatomy is returned to "normal", pain and dysfunction diminish.
RIT is an effective medical procedure that should be considered before surgery.
Within our genetic code is a massive database of instructions for cells. These codes facilitate a programmed response when the cells are exposed to certain stimuli (fevers from bacteria, swelling from injuries, redness from burns). These responses are manipulated by RIT techniques, forcing the treated area to regenerate healthier, stronger tissue. RIT may also be used to stimulate cellular debridement of degenerated tissue. Natural ingredient cocktails are injected into areas for purpose of achieving and maximizing a healing response.
The procedure is a well-tolerated, minimal downtime (0-2 days), in-office technique. RIT includes prolotherapy (proliferative therapy) and / or mesotherapy (intradermal administration of medicine) techniques.
Candidates receive a treatment program specific to their condition, designed to address the cause and reverse the present symptoms.
RIT as performed by Dr. Tallman has been used to restore knees, hips, shoulders, wrists, ankles, spines, elbows, TMJ, hands and feet.

This patient was in constant pain for many years with spondylolisthesis. After two treatments of RIT, the patient reported that her pain had completely diminished. The x-rays were taken only three months apart.
